Hi. I'm trash cat. My pronouns are they/them. I am a privacy enthusiast, and I do this cool show called trash cat tech chat, which is the thing that I'm introducing here. So yeah, um, I do this podcast. It's called trash cat tech chat. Each episode I sit down with someone, and we just have a chat about something in the realm of digital privacy or adjacent material. Each episode is... let's say 30 minutes to an hour. I am strict about trying to not let it go over an hour because I think after that it just kinda... is hard to listen to. And I try to make it somewhat conversational. I think it's, uh... For me, it's difficult listening to podcasts when it's just one person talking at you the whole time, um, which is part of the reason that I wanted my podcast to be a tech chat rather than a, you know, "Here, let me give you a lecture on something."
Um, this is kind of a -- This is not a corporate podcast. It's very much not intended for business. I really have no interest in, you know, helping your business succeed or whatever. In fact, if I can, I would like to do the opposite. This is a podcast for privacy enthusiasts, um, hackers, you know, people like that. People with -- It's for people with an interest in these types of conversations. So yeah, that's uh... an introduction, I guess, to my show. I hope that you enjoy trash cat tech chat, and if you listened to this intro and said "Well that sounds terrible! That's not for me", I hope that I just saved you some time, and you didn't have to listen to an hour-long episode to figure that out.
